Submersible pump Colp

Submersible pumps for pumping coolants. The extended shaft design makes the pumps suitable for pumping fluids, coolants and oils that can adversely affect motor sealing in conventional pumps. The pump impeller and shaft are made of stainless steel.

The top quality materials used make the pumps suitable for
nim for media with temperatures from 0 to 90°C and a maximum viscosity of 150mm2 s-1, at a maximum ambient temperature of 50°C. The maximum working pressure of the pump is 0.3 MPa. The maximum diameter of impurities is 0.5 mm.

USING:
Pumping coolants, cutting fluids, oils in machine tools and all machines that require coolant circulation.

IP submersible plastic pumps designed for pumping clean and slightly contaminated water. The pumps have an outlet connection to which the drain hoses diverge
diameters can be combined depending on the user’s requirements. The small size and light weight make the pumps extremely easy to handle and maintain. The pumps are equipped with float switches for automatic pump control. All pumps are supplied with thermal protection built into the motor winding.

IP INOX pumps have a similar design to IP pumps, but their casing is made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel.

USING:
Drainage of flooded rooms, pools, wells. Pumps can be used in wells and to obtain water from intakes whose water surface is close to ground level. The pumps can also be used for pumping rainwater.

IPE, IPK

IPE 400 – submersible plastic pump designed for pumping clean and slightly contaminated water. The pumps have an output connection to which drain hoses of different diameters can be connected. The IPE400 is equipped with an electronic float/probe so that the pump can be used in narrow wells. The small size and light weight make the pumps extremely easy to handle and maintain. All pumps are supplied with thermal protection built into the motor winding.

IPK 400 – pump has a similar design to IPE pumps, but the switch is not based on probes but on a float that works in a vertical position inside a special channel. Like the IPE pump, it can be installed in a narrow well, which may not be possible with IP pumps due to the float switch connected by a 30 cm cable, which increases the diameter of the pump.

IPC 550

Submersible pump IPC 550

Submersible plastic pump designed for pumping clean and slightly contaminated water. The IPC 550 pump has a threaded outlet connection with a built-in check valve to which 3 different adapters can be attached to adjust the outlet diameter to individual requirements. The pumps have a cooling jacket so they don’t have to be completely submerged. After removing the suction filter, water can be pumped up to 1 mm. Pumping can start at a level above 5 mm. Like the IPE and IPK pumps, the IPC 550 pump is equipped with an integrated switch so that it can be used in narrow wells. An additional advantage is the possibility to choose automatic or manual mode of operation. Like IPE and IPK pumps, all pumps are supplied with thermal protection built into the motor winding.

MULTI IP 800 INOX, MULTI IP 1000 AUTO

Submersible pump Multi IP 800 INOX/Multi IP 1000 AUTO

Multi IP 800 INOX
High pressure submersible pumps designed for irrigation. The pumps have a stainless steel housing and multi-stage hydraulics. The pumps have a cooling jacket so they do not have to be completely submerged. The filter net placed at the bottom of the pump enables water to be pumped up to 5 cm. Multi IP 800 INOX is equipped with a float switch for automatic pump control. As IPE and IPK pumps, all pumps are supplied with built-in thermal protection.

Multi IP 1000 AUTO
Pumps with the same hydraulic components as Multi IP 800 INOX, but with a built-in pump controller instead of a float switch. When the outlet valve is closed, the pump stops and switches to standby mode, maintaining a constant pressure in the system. When the outlet valve is opened, the pump will start automatically.

USING:
Supplying houses with water from ring wells and for garden irrigation systems. Pumps can be used in wells and to obtain water from intakes whose water surface is close to ground level.

H-SWQ

Submersible pump HSWQ

High pressure submersible pumps designed for pumping clean and slightly contaminated water. Due to the high voltage, the pumps are used in agriculture, for irrigation.
The design and materials used enable the pumping of water containing small amounts of mechanical impurities with a maximum particle diameter of 1 mm. Pumps should not pump water with sand. H-SWQ 1500 and H-SWQ 1800 pumps are equipped with a float switch for automatic pump control. H-SWQ 1800 pump impellers are made of durable plastic, H-SWQ 1500 and H-SWQ 2200 impellers are made of from stainless steel. All pumps are equipped with thermal protection built into the motor winding.

USING:
Irrigation and drainage in agriculture, water supply for households and farms from ring wells, lakes and rivers, irrigation of gardens. Drainage of flooded premises, houses, garages and premises.

Submersible pumps designed for pumping sewage and water from flooded premises. The pump is available with a float switch for automatic operation control or without a float switch. The threaded outlet port and adapter set enable connection of the drain hose using a hose clamp or quick-connect coupling. Magnum pumps are equipped with thermal protection built into the motor winding. The motor housing is made of aluminum, and the impeller is made of cast iron. The Magnum 2500 and 2900 pumps are available with and without float switches.

SWQ PRO

Professional submersible pump in accordance with the most demanding European standards, intended for customers who use drainage pumps in their professional work. Due to the use of a closed impeller, the pump can pump clean and slightly contaminated water. With its 1500 W motor, 3-inch outlet and maximum flow of up to 1400 l/min, as well as its relatively low weight, the pump can be used to drain flooded houses, rooms and garages during minor and major floods.
